Qwest Helicopters Georgia (QHG) was formed with inspiration to develop high class air services company with synergy of international and local exerts that would standout on local and regional market. Qwest Helicopters Georgia started its operation with Canadian investment and from its beginning was focusing all efforts on safety and quality of the services. Company is establishing long-term relationships with their customers. By understanding our customers' needs we can work with them to increase efficiency, reduce costs and build on safety!

Murtaz Ratiani
Accountable Manager

With over 30 years of management experience, Last 12 years He was successfully managing BP Air Logistical Support Companies. Holder of Master Degrees from Institute of Political Science and Law and Bachelor Degree from Technical University of Georgia. His working record counts number of organizations start-up and development, three years Murtaz was working for Georgian Government as Governor of Mestia region. His work covered business relations with companies in CIS, Europe and Asia. Expert of human resources/administration, strategy, policy formations, law, marketing and sales.

Mevludi Kukhianidze
Chief Legal Officer
 

Mevludi has 32 years of experience in the legal field of Governmental and commercial companies in various industries. He has managed different types of operations and has combined diverse experience in dealing with legal cases of various natures. His experience includes challenging cases within aviation, occupational health and safety, and other types of areas.  He is a Certified Legal Atornay, an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, and The Leckchurer in Legal Areas of Human Rights, Contract Negotiation, and dealing with challenging cases in court. Mr. Mevludi has an extensive experience in various roles and at different levels of management. 

Mikheil Chkhikvadze
Chief Operations Officer

Misha has gained extensive (21 years) experience in aviation safety with several international helicopter operators. His work as a safety was distinguished with a safety award by BP during his work at the CHC Georgian base (BTC project: Baku -Tbilisi –Ceyhan pipeline) and by NCOC during his work at the Kazhakstan base (North Caspian Operating Company, Kashagan Oil & Gas project).

Misha brings a stable management style with a strong emphasis on System Safety and Quality, occupational safety health, and environmental safety. He demonstrated his safety culture development skills at many different levels of management.

Natia Gabelia
Chief Administration Officer

Natia has an MA in International Law/Human Rights. University of Essex, UK, MA in Public Administration. American Institute of Public Administration, Georgia. Natia speaks 4 Languages: English, Russian, Georgian, Italian. She has spent around 20 years in the International sector under EBRD, UN, USAID, BP, and ADA. Supported the establishment and development of several programs, and projects with tangible impact on business developments. Worked with various donors within the Parliament of Georgia focusing on labor code development. Experienced in Recruitment, Training & Mentoring as well as leading up to 60 multicultural staff with all plausible and exceptional leadership attributes.
